I don’t know if I’d call it crazy (given that I live in OZ and we play a form of Aerial Ping Pong without padding that gets bigger knocks than Gridiron).
What gets me is that what happened at the end of this match is exactly what you will see at a good rugby match - and we don’t call it laterals: it is basically a pass and we do it all the time (beside ours have to go backwards).
Interesting that the team was called Trinity. That’s the name of the theo college here in Western Australia that I attended !!!
